Make the request easy to understand: which floor area, which ordinary task, and which questions still need an answer.
Describe the area that is actually accessible
Use a room name plus a clear boundary, such as the visible kitchen floor outside closed cabinets. State which areas are accessible without moving household items. Record blocked areas as questions rather than assuming they will be cleared or included.
List small household objects that the household intends to remove separately from the cleaning request. Do not use this sheet to instruct furniture moving, heavy lifting or a route through an occupied floor. A precise description is useful even when access is incomplete.
Ask for a task without inventing a method
State the ordinary visible-soil task you want to discuss. Then record the known material, finish and care-reference status. If the material is unknown, the request can still identify the area while leaving method selection pending.
A request is not a quote or an agreed service. Ukraine Cleaners' published checklist includes floor tasks, but the exact areas, access conditions and tasks still need confirmation. Its published exclusions include heavy lifting above 25 pounds and grout restoration; do not assume a request overrides those limits.
Use a separate note for damage, restoration, repair, an unidentified stain or a condition outside ordinary cleaning. Describe what is visible without diagnosing its cause. A persistent mark is not proof that a stronger product is suitable.
Finish with a plain request that someone else can read back: area, ordinary task, what the household will clear, what stays inaccessible, and what must be confirmed. The record deliberately supplies no drying-time promise or material-specific method.
